- KN Creations (Jane Jewels) ships packages inside and outside The Netherlands via the TNT Postal Service,
- Postal Charges is automatically calculated by destinations upon check out.
- All ordered items are dispatched 2 to 3 days after we receive your payments.
- Please allow 2 days (National) 10 to 12 days (International) to receive your items, depending on your postal services of course.
- All orders are shipped from our location in Schiedam The Netherlands
DAMAGES:
To return a damaged product, please return item to address listed below.
We will contact you regarding your issues as quickly as possible.
We will not accept damage returns after 14 days of your receipt, so please inspect all items immediately upon receipt and report any problems!
Merchandise damaged during shipping must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. At KN Creations / Jane Jewels, we try very hard to ensure the top quality of our merchandise.
We do apologize for any damages incurred due to faulty manufacturing or shipping damages and are happy to assist all customers in replacing their damaged items.
RETURNS:
Merchandise must be returned at your expense in order to receive credit.
Full credit (minus original shipping charges) will be issued for unopened merchandise returned within 30 days of your receipt of shipment.
No item returns will be accepted after 30 days.

Although every attempt is made to maintain up to date inventory of each product we carry, occasionally we may run out of certain products. In this case, we will contact you and let you know that item is out of stock and when, if known, it will be re-stocked.
